Bookish Chisme

This month I’ve had the incredible honor of joining Bookish Chisme book club on their TikTok lives as they discuss Threads of Her Braid. If you’d like to join in on the discussion, the next live will be Thursday, April 23rd at 6pm pacific. This will be the last meeting featuring Threads of Her Braid, but they choose a different book every month and their discussions are always so much fun!

On a tiny tangent… because quinceañeras have such a special place in my book, Jenn had the idea to ask us all for our own quinceañera pictures. I hadn’t looked at my album in years, it was such a special moment seeing those pictures again through adult eyes. My first thought when looking at the pictures was “I was so beautiful, how did I not realize that back then?” I hope every single member and reader who also shared their quinceañera picture felt equally beautiful.
